We would like to express our deep gratitude and thanks to Pro Quality Home Improvements. Our roofing job was more than replacing a new roof. It meant starting at the beginning and building a complete new roof.
The workmanship,experienced help and professionalism, was excellent. Our home looks like a completely new home again. The workmen were on time and their no nonsense attitudes, got to work immediately and were very professional at their jobs.

Dear Mr.Casale

As a result of the Hailslorm that hit New Hyde Park and the surrounding areas on Monday August 1, we sustained extensive damage to our home. We have two large skylights in our master bedroom and they were shattered and destroyed by the baseball-sized hail that came down that day.

When the storm ended at about 4:30pm. we were left with two gaping holes in our ceiling as well as rainwater and shattered glass from the damage. We began calling roofing companies that evening an left messages with three of them; to date, we have not heard back from them. We obviously needed to patch up the hoes as quickly as possible since more storms were in the forecast, so early the next morning we were looking for help. Thanks to your informative website, we found you and your company. You were at our home by 12:30 pm that day. Not only did you survey and assess the damage and provide us with a written estimate, but you brought workmen and supplies to patch up the two holes in our ceiling. We had a thunderstorm that night but the room was completely protected from further damage thanks to that patch.

Having never dealt wth our insurance company before on a claim, you also provided some much needed education and experience about how to have the repairs made and the claim settled as quickly as possible. Thanks to you and you crew, all the work was completely by Saturday August 6th, just four days from our first phone call to you.

The skylights were quickly and expertly replaced and you paid attention to every detail, from the purchase and installation of new skylight shades to a painting crew for touching up the areas surrounding the new skylights.

Thank you very much for your hard work and time and thank you for getting our home back to normal so quickly. Our damage was repaired before many of our neighbors were able to get someone to their home to assess their damage

We will definitely be calling upon you in the future. Thank you again.

I want to express my satisfaction with the recent re-roofing on my house that your company
performed last month. As a home inspector and engineer, all my concerns were addressed
and the final product exceeded all my expectations.

The roof was completely stripped, and only necessary roof sheathing was replaced. All vents were replaced with new vents, ice dam underlayment was properly applied, and the
superior shinglemate was used instead of standard roofing paper.

The shingles were applied with great care and result is not only a roof that should be very
water tight to rain, but a very good looking roof that no doubt will add to the property value
of my house.

Your office was attentive to my questions and requests, and the final clean up was done in a
timely manner, including quick removal of the dumpster.

Again I want to thank your company for a job well done, and I will be sure to recommend your company to any friend or neighbor who needs a new roof.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof

Comments: This was the first major project I needed done on my house. Pro Quality came in and went through everything with me so I had a full understanding of what was needed to resolve a "leak" issue. The men who reconstructed a whole new chimney were very meticulous and took their time to make sure the job was done correctly. The Carpenter/Painter who came in to repair and paint the ceiling was amazing. You would never even know that the ceiling had caved in. I would highly recommend Pro Quality to anyone needing any home improvements

Just a note to tell you how very pleased we have been with Pro Quality Home Improvements, from our first meeting with you to the completion of the job. You arrived at our home at the agreed upon time. You amiable, well informed about your roofing products, and confident of your ability to cooridinate a process that included chimney work and interior and exterior painting as well.
With respect to the job itself, workers from all trades were punctual, polite and accommodating, and cleaned up meticulously. Most importantly, under Carlos' competent supervision, they did the work properly. Our roof was a difficult one to work on. as it involved intergrating flat and angled surfaces using two different materials. We are especiall pleased with the way the GAF shingle worked on teh flat roofs.
The chimney people were meticulous and we look forward to a leak proof fireplace for teh first time in thirty years.
The painters were also amenable to meeting a variety of needs; carefully matching teh colors of newly painted and repaired areas to the existing colors.
Everything  was done to our satisfaction and there were no extras!
